Intranets used to be the industry standard. Intranets require HTML or other programming languages and therefore are harder to support for HR people.
MyEmployer.ca changed this dynamic with the introduction of an HR Portal Solution. Unlike Intranets, our HR solution is easily configurable and can be managed by HR since our communication tools are built directly into our software.
